Campa Vista is a Mediterranean-style development. The gated community will be tiered down the mountainside providing panoramic ocean and mountain views that are unique to each lot. The community development is divided into ¼ acre lots, ½ acre lots, and condominiums set into the hillside. Since surveys only recognize a flat plane and do not consider terrain in the measurements, each lot is significantly larger in actual ground coverage than the lot measurements specify.
